Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the Sites, Care, and SEO services provided by WPRift. By using the website or engaging WPRift, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

WPRift provides web design (Design), ongoing care and maintenance (Care), and search, AI visibility, and reputation work (Visibility). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Invoices are due by the date shown. Work may be paused on overdue accounts. Retainers are billed in advance for the agreed period.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, content, feedback, and approvals, and confirm that you have the right to use any materials you supply. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

4. Ownership

Once all fees are paid in full, you own the custom design, code, and content created for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, and tools remain subject to their own licenses. WPRift may keep general know-how and reusable code that does not contain your confidential information.

5. Revisions and acceptance

Each engagement includes the revisions stated in its scope. Work is treated as accepted when you approve it, when it goes live, or when no issues are reported within 14 days of delivery. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

6. SEO results

Search rankings and traffic depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms. We commit to the work described in the scope, not to a specific ranking or traffic result.

7. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways, and similar services are provided by third parties under their own terms. WPRift is not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Warranty and liability

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except where the law does not allow it, services are otherwise provided “as is”, and WPRift’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. WPRift is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for work completed and costs committed up to that date. Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact
